Chantal Pelchat, Naturopath

Chantal Pelchat earned her Bachelor's degree in Art and Psychology in 1982. Even then, she was curious about herbal medicine—therapy through plants—a passion that developed over many years of working in natural health stores and ultimately led her to earn a diploma in Naturopathy from the IRRSN in 2006.

Her extensive experience in customer support and her growing knowledge of naturopathy earned her recognition from the very institute where she studied. Upon graduating, she was appointed as a supervising instructor for students’ final internships.

A believer in the benefits of a balanced lifestyle, especially the importance of nutrition, Chantal welcomes people of all ages. She shares her knowledge and promotes the advantages of a healthy, natural way of living.

Karl Notargiovanni, Ac.

Karl Notargiovanni is deeply grateful for the ways acupuncture, Eastern medicine, and yoga have enriched his life. His path into holistic approaches began with studies in Swedish and Eastern massage, followed by a B.A. in dance and visual arts. Extensive travels have sparked a lasting curiosity about diverse cultures and healing traditions, which continue to inspire his practice. With almost two decades of experience in massage therapy and yoga, his desire to support others on a deeper level naturally led him to study acupuncture.

Karl completed his training at Collège Rosemont, where he received a comprehensive education rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. His treatments are a personalized blend of Meridian balance, Neuro-Meridian acupuncture, massage techniques, cupping, and Gua Sha. Karl works with each individual to support their body’s innate healing process—releasing tension, restoring balance, and encouraging overall well-being.

His approach is grounded in attentive listening and five-element analysis, allowing each session to address your unique needs—whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
